BASE6 Customer Photo Campaign Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your photo.

1. The Promotion

OzLED is running the BASE6 Customer Photo Campaign, giving eligible customers the opportunity to submit photos featuring their BASE6 products for the chance to win a $1,000 OzLED Gift Card.

The promotion is open for the campaign period stated on the campaign webpage and social media posts. OzLED reserves the right to amend, extend or end the campaign where reasonably necessary.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be Australian residents.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• The submitted photo must feature a BASE6 product purchased by or belonging to the entrant.
• The BASE6 product must be clearly visible and installed on the vehicle or setup shown in the photo.
• Employees of OzLED, its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How To Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official submission form and upload an eligible photo during the campaign period.

Each individual vehicle or setup submitted constitutes one entry. Multiple eligible vehicles or setups may be submitted, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

OzLED reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet these requirements or these Terms & Conditions.

4. Photo Requirements

Submitted photos must:

• Be original and of reasonable quality.
• Clearly show the vehicle or setup.
• Clearly show at least one BASE6 product.
• Show the BASE6 product installed on the vehicle or setup.
• Be taken safely and legally.
• Not contain offensive, inappropriate, dangerous or unlawful content.
• Not contain excessive filters, heavy editing, memes, text overlays or watermarks.

Photos may include other brands where they are naturally present on the vehicle or setup. However, OzLED may reject images where another brand is prominently displayed in a way that could create confusion or suggest an endorsement, sponsorship or association with OzLED or BASE6.

5. Ownership & Permission

By submitting a photo, the entrant confirms that they own the copyright in the photo or have obtained permission from the copyright owner to submit it to OzLED.

Where identifiable people appear in the photo, the entrant confirms that they have permission for those people to appear in the submitted image and for the image to be used as described in these Terms & Conditions.

6. Permission To Use Submitted Photos

By submitting a photo, the entrant grants OzLED and BASE6 permission to use, reproduce, publish, crop, edit, resize and otherwise adapt the submitted photo for marketing and promotional purposes.

This may include use across OzLED and BASE6 websites, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, printed materials and other promotional channels.

The entrant will not receive payment or other compensation for these uses, other than any prize awarded as part of this campaign.

7. Selection Of Winner

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.

The winning photo will be selected by OzLED based on the overall quality, suitability and presentation of the submitted image, including how clearly it showcases the BASE6 product, vehicle or setup.

OzLED's decision is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

8. Prize

The winner will receive one $1,000 OzLED Gift Card.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The OzLED Gift Card is subject to OzLED's applicable gift card terms and conditions.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided in their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, OzLED may select another eligible winner.

10. Disqualification

OzLED reserves the right to disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, submitted content they do not have permission to use, provided false information, or otherwise attempted to manipulate the campaign.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the campaign will be handled in accordance with OzLED's applicable Privacy Policy. Information provided through the submission form may be used to administer the campaign and contact entrants regarding their submission.

12. General

OzLED reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
