Free Shipping Conditions

Eligibility
In an ideal world, we would want to offer everyone free shipping. However, as freight costs increase we must set in stone the following eligibility requirements to warrant free shipping on your order. 

1. The product subtotal of your order must exceed $99.00 AUD. This is inclusive of GST.
2. Retail & Member Customers only.
3. Free Shipping is strictly available for Australian Addresses only, not available for International Orders.

Delivery Time
From the moment deliveries have been fulfilled within our warehouses, the delivery within Australia can take up to 14 Working Days. In the rare occurrence that your orders take longer than 14 working days or more from the day you ordered them please contact us to locate your items.

We're committed to providing you with the best experience, However, please contact us first in order to give you an ETA on your parcels. Any delivery times longer than what's mentioned above occur in less than 1% of orders as we place a major emphasis on ensuring that you get the fastest order processing possible.

Trade Customers
We offer our trade customers our absolute best price possible however, trade pricing does not factor in the cost of freight like retail and member pricing does. When purchasing under a trade account you will notice you do not have access to the Free Shipping option. This is a benefit as you actually save a great deal extra as you are no longer paying for freight priced into each product. As a trade customer, you can leverage your discounts with access to our best possible freight pricing available.
