Stainless steel mounting brackets and screws are included in the package. Pulse width modulation (PWM) is a trait of a quality work light. The circuitry switches the LED's on and off at a rate much higher than the human eye can observe. This cycling ensures each chip is working to it's optimum. By: Gill on 29 April 2022I installed these on my GSV50R Aurion Sportivo & find them quite amazing. A quality product & extremely bright. If I had more space I'd get something twice the height for even more brightness which I wish it was but nonetheless these are still great as nothing else will fit on this Aurion model without modification. These are a straight stick on with 3M VHB tape. Overall an excellent product that should last many years without issue.
